We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve met our immediate funding deadline to keep PACEs Connection up and running while work continues toward creating a plan for long-term sustainability.
“We” is Dana Brown and me, Carey Sipp. We have been running PACEs Connection as volunteers for the last 14 months.
“We are deeply grateful for each and every contribution that has brought us to this point, and especially to our fiscal sponsor, the National Prevention Science Coalition to Improve Lives, which gave this social networking site safe harbor after it was sunset in April, 2024”, said Brown.
“Meeting this funding milestone is another beginning. We are actively working on long-term sustainability strategies for PACEs Connection and have more exciting news to share in the near future,” she added.
There are still expenses to meet and donations are still absolutely needed. We are just wanting our donors, members, and friends to know that thanks to the generosity of several donors in the last three weeks, and in particular one $1000 gift and another for $3600, the social networking site is safe for now,” said Brown.
