How do we break the stigma around mental health and aging?
How can we best support caregivers?
What can resilient communities do to help people as they are diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s?
How can we help provide trauma-informed care to people who are facing these challenges, and their caregivers?
Join Dr. Sheila Robinson, Executive Woman Media as our moderator for the second in a CHC: Creating Healthier Communities – AARP series on Thursday, September 25 from 12 noon ET until 1 p.m.ET.
Dr. Robinson will be joined by panelists Rawle Andrews, Executive Director, American Psychiatric Association Foundation; Mary Lee Anderson, Executive Director, Senior Services of Alexandria, Virginia; and Mary Kay Battaglia, NAMI, Wisconsin, and Yanira Cruz, CEO of the National Hispanic Council on Aging.
